I am looking for an opportunity to leave some feedback about my two recent Hyundai purchases from Grimsby Hyundai.

In the past month I have purchased a new 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Adam and a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe XL from Ahmed. Had my wife and I known years ago that there was a dealership in Grimsby named HYUNDAI that provided SUPERB service in every sense of the word, we would NOT have wasted our TIME and MONEY buying anything else. Shame on us for not venturing out to check out ALL that the NAME HYUNDAI PROVIDES. We will - FOREVER AND A DAY always drive HYUNDAI vehicles. Actually, I traded in an old Hyundai Accent which was extremely faithful to myslef, so when this vehicle went to HYUNDAI car heaven, my obvious choice was to purchase another Hyundai at the GRIMSBY HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP AT 569 MAIN STREET WEST GRIMSBY ON. The staff there are TRULY AMAZING - SERIOUSLY - THEY ARE most polite, helpful, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY EFFICIENT. My wife and I argue as to WHO it is that gets to bring our brand new Santa Fe to Grimsby HYUNDAI for service knowing right well the service is soooo superb and also... we get a free cup of their delicious coffee. Samy our salesperson was excellent. We had a number of questions and requests from him and he handled everything in a professional manner. When he had to check/confirm something with someone else, he did that. No question or concern was left unanswered. We felt he was advocating for us, the customer. The purchase was made at the end of the day (as staff was leaving the building)...we never had the feeling of being rushed with questions or being pushed to finalize things. It is not often now days, that one is impressed enough about how they were treated as a customer that they are moved to take the time to mention it. This is one of those times.

I must commend both you and your staff (Kelly Pickard & Max Willoughby at Hyundai Grimsby) for the outstanding service they both provided during my experience in getting a minor repair done on my vehicle. Max was very forthcoming with the extent of the damage and how it could best be repaired, giving me a full and complete explanation as to what was required and how they would go about doing it. Kelly went 'the extra mile' in giving me a phone call just before 5:00 pm the day the car was ready to be picked up and wanting to know if I would be coming in to get my vehicle. She explained that they would be closing and didn't want me to arrive and not be able to get the car. This was very much appreciated. Add to that that the vehicle was spotlessly clean when I picked it up and the job immaculate just added to the experience.

Having been in the 'Customer Service' business for the last 20 years or so, most of it with the automotive industry, I have come to realize that the expression 'Customer Service' has come to mean very little. Everyone talks about it, very few are able to do anything about it. Rather than 'Customer Service' I think the expression 'Customer Happiness' is much more appropriate and meaningful. I am a 'Happy Customer'! Keep up the good work, and keep these two valued employees 'Happy' as well.

My wife and I decided to seek out this Hyundai Dealership on #8 Hwy, Grimsby ON. as we found ourselves in dire need of a dependable vehicle. As we drove onto the Hyundai property at 569 main Street West, we parked our somewhat older Hyundai in front of the dealer's premises, got out of the car and began to look over the many beautiful well stocked vehicles on display in the huge Hyundai parking lot.

My wife immediately spotted her dream car and we began to gravitate over to this vehicle parked in front of the dealership adjacent to #8 hwy. As we gazed at this beautiful piece of craftsmanship assembled before our very eyes, we were greeted by one of Hyundai's finest Sales and leasing consultant - Gary Williston who, with a sincere smile on his face, greeted us and engaged us in conversation, first about the weather and then about the car we were looking at. It wasn't long before Gary asked the long awaited question namely - Would you like to take her out for a spin?, to which we replied - Thought you'd never ask.

In all honesty, this vehicle was like entering heaven - so smooth, so comfortable as we too her out on the freeway, then to 50 road and finally returned to the Hyundai property where we met manager Matt who also greeted us in a very friendly fashion.

Gary spent a considerable amount time with us viewing the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and then some and as we returned to his office, we spent time talking about one of Gary's (and mine) favourite pastimes which is carpentry and we discovered that each of us were currently undertaking a building project at home and Gary was in no hurry to consummate the deal. We thoroughly enjoyed Gary's enthusiasm, vim and vigor about working at Hyundai and it was obvious that he enjoyed what he does best and that is selling cars for this great dealership. We began negotiations with Gary and Matt and eventually worked out a deal acceptable to both of us and we bought the 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe.

We were (and are) extremely impressed with our purchase, the most friendly staff as Gary and Richard, Matt thoroughly explained all the details and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. In addition, Gary invited us to a service clinic a couple of days after our purchase to gather with several other people who had recently purchased Hyundai Vehicles and we were introduced to the service manager and his staff and listened to their various presentations and explanation of vehicle servicing procedures.

We are (at this point) very impressed with our purchase and look forward to a long happy relationship with this dealership. Bravo to you Hyundai and to each staff person who treated my wife and myself most professionally, courteously and very patiently.
